The Words
"The Words" was a movie I was waiting so long to see. The whole idea of what was happening with Bradley Coopers character and what he was going through fascinated me. So the day it came out, I saw it.
The movie is about a man who is trying to be a writer, after countless rejections from publishing companies, he doesn't know what to do with himself. After, he stumbles across a manuscript, by an unknown writer. Soon enough those words, the words of someone else, become his own. Before he knows it they are spiralling out of control and he goes into a deep mess he can't get out of.
I liked this movie, a lot of people say it was slow. Yes, it was a bit slow. But I was impressed. I really liked the cinematography and it showed interesting angles, I also loved the plot. I loved the fact that the plot interwinds, by saying that I mean the story that he stole and his life begin to interwind with one another. I find this fascinating. I also loved the script and character development.
Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana did an excellent job in this movie. I really loved Olivia Wilde and Dennis Quad and Jeremy Irons.
Overall I would recommend this movie. It suited by expectations and it was well worth the long wait! A-

Summers almost over and its freaking me out.
Gosh, it seems like the last day of school. The crazy, exciting day was just maybe a day ago... Its funny now that in less than a week we will be back to school. School. Yeah, its hard to absorb. I heard a lot of people say that they made a mess out of their summers, but lying around all day, watching TV and facebooking all day long. Well, this summer I was jumping on the trampoline, swimming and instagramming all day long so I suppose that my summer was pretty good. I did what I love to do, I took loads of photos, I went to camp and lastly I met Roberta Bondar!
But now its the weekend, last Sunday of the summer vacation and it its kinda sad. Its just that I'm starting HIGH SCHOOL and I don't know what to expect. At least I met some really nice people who go to my school!
This was just a quick update, so happy labor day and have a great whats left of summer!!! :)

Experimenting with streetlights in a car ride!
I know a lot of people don't like bokeh, but I love it so much!!!! I took these in a moving car, and sadly my lens cap dropped in the side and I still need to go and get it. I just love all the colours and this really makes me appreciate the magic of the streets at night.

Black Swan Review
Black Swan- I saw this movie a year ago and the idea still haunts me. Black Swan is a carefully crafted, haunting, masterpiece.
Black Swan is a film about a ballerina under a lot of pressure. When she receives the lead role in Swan Lake and has to portray the light, elegant and innocent white swan, something she won't have a problem with, but the problem is portraying the dark, mysterious, seductive black swan, someone she has to become. Slowly, she loses her mind and goes deeper and deeper into the world of insanity as she becomes the Black Swan.
This movie is completely, underly outstanding. All the actors and actresses played the roles so convincingly, it was haunting. Natalie Portmans performance gave me the chills.
The cinematography was fantastic, in combination with the music it created something very haunting and unique. Black Swan isn't the type of movie to scare you using blood, but it does that. Black Swan scares you with the udder insanity that Nina is going through. From Nina's hallucinations to her bulimia to her obsession with perfection to her overprotective mother this girl is past insane.
The story is completely amazingly perfectly plotted. If you notice, Ninas world, and the story of the ballet, slowly interwind. This is genius.
I would recommend this movie.Darren Aronofsky is pure genius and this movie will leave you breathless. I just wouldn't recommend it for people that can't take graphic or don't like that kind of movie, because well, Black Swan isn't for the faint of heart. A

Cobwebs
I know I have been posting loads, and you guys are probably getting notifications and emails everyday, but its summer and I only have so much time until I go to school... Why not make the best of it?
These were cobwebs that I took close up macro shots (digital macro) with my Canon sd1200 at camp. I just love the way the water droplets were so individual and just.. beautiful. This totally inspired me to take all these pictures. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these photos! Enjoy the last few days of summer!
