I FINALLY watched the art of getting by!!

Let me tell you one thing: those critics are wrong, dead wrong. This movie, was worth watching. I think it was a really well done, quirky romance. Although Sally didn't have much of a character, I still think the film proved its point well. Would recommend.

Diary Of A Wimpy Kid Dog Days Review

I have to admit, I did not enjoy the first of the Wimpy Kid Series. To be exact, I didn't really like the first movie, but loved the book. I started liking the second and now, I am so impressed by the 3rd. I couldn't stop laughing!!!

The story is about Greg, who is so excited for summer to start. One problem: all he wants to do it play video games and hang out with his crush Holly Hills. And there are more problems, like his brother rodrick and his dad. Through hilarious obstacles, Greg tries to maintain his cool and get what he wants-- encountering many, many more problems.

I have never been a fan of gregs character in general, but the actor who played him (Zachery Gordan) was pretty good. I was also impressed with Rowely's performance (Robert Capron). Karan Brar, Steve Zahn and Devon Bostick also played great performances in the film.

This movie was funny!!! There were some moments where I was laughing so hard. I found this surprising because I did not laugh at all in the first 2, but this one was nonstop laughter. I think it is because we could relate in some way of what he went through, and the frustration of being a preteen.

Overall this movie is a fantastic family movie, probably the best family movie I have watched all year and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good summer laugh!!! B

Never Let Me Go- Review

Its been 7 hours since I watched Never Let Me Go, and the movie is still haunting me. Just thinking about it brings fresh tears to my face. This movie was one of the most haunting, moving movies I have ever watched. At the same time, it is beautiful.

Never Let Me Go stars Kiera Knightly, Andrew Garfeild and academy award nominee Carey Mulligan. The movie is about a girl who watches as her love Tommy and Ruth fall in love. She has loved Tommy forever. But there is something bigger that is going to take a hold of all of them.

The acting was amazing, every person played out their role with such emotion that you had to feel for all of the characters and what they were going through, you had to forgive them and forget fast because of the way they played them out.

The story was the type of romance and drama that would bring tears to your eyes. It is the type of story to haunt your dreams every night and to remember forever. It really puts the fact that you have to live your life as best as you can, or it may slip away.

I would recommend this to anyone, I think it is outstanding and it can teach everyone a lesson about life and love. Oh my gosh, I am tearing up now. Such a beautiful movie.  A

Bridesmaids!!!

So yesterday night I saw the movie BridesMaids. It is a movie about different people who get chosen as the bridesmaids for someones wedding. I have to say that it was so funny!!! (14A)

It was really funny, but at the same time there was LOTS of swearing (F word,S word,B words, plus more bad words). There was some sexual scenes in it too.

But I would recommend it to people who want to have a fun time at the movies because there were some parts where I couldn't stop laughing!!!

There were some parts where my mother cried in it, because it made her sad or happy. Im not going to write a major review on this type of movie because I can't really review the elements of movies on comedy movies as much as other movies. But the theatre was PACKED!!! Imagine what the Hangover p2 is going to be like!!!

P.S water for elephants has won my poll so I will be watching that soon!!

Trailer

P.S Since the movie is 14A I wouldn't recommend it for younger people
for the parental guide of Bridesmaids go on this link (How many swear words, etc) :
